Craft Show & Vintage Toys

I picked up a few vintage goodies today. Wow this week was well worth a peek at my two favorite stores. Usually I just bring home photos of things I can't afford. (giggle) this adorable pink mixer is a must. Can you imagine cupcakes next to it? I can't wait to play.
3 yards of red vintage feed sack (gush)
This vintage linen cloth screams "make me into an apron"!
1960 Vintage Pink McCalls Sewing book. There is lots of information on adjusting your clothing and how to make certain clothing and even some patterns. This will make for a good study and cute decor.

Yep another button find. LUCKY this time no ragu jar. A Mason Jar! I told you I can't find a mason jar down here in South Florida right?Well I can but they charge 20.00 for a pint. So the price goes up the larger it is. AND if its got the lid...maybe a couple bucks more. Jesh. When I was in Savannah, GA this year I saw them all over for 5-10 with lids.
This weekend is my final craft show. I am going to have really good deals at my show seeing how its the last of the year. I only did two so its not like I can say oh I am tired. hehe, I am not. I am very excited for 2009 craft shows. I have been looking all over to see where and when the shows are for 2009. I will let you know of course the ones I will attend.
I have been making new price tags and goodness I ironed so many table cloths. I have 3 tables at this show. And each table has 2 sets of linen. I hope its not too bumpy on the ground. They did caution us about it not being level. I hope its not like....the Rocky Mountains. I am charging my camera and I will bring my flip video to film. I did film at my lat show, however I am piecing them together for you to see later. I just have a few final things to sew and copies to make. I must say I really like this craft show business. Its so much fun to decorate your booths and display your creations all over and have people fondle them and talk to you.

What great treasures you found! Good luck with your show this weekend!

Great items you found bet you will make some cute stuff out of them. Good luck at your show this weekend. The best shows of the season are usually in November here in MN. Are there any you could get into there in Nov.? That is when people are in the mood to shop for Xmas gifts and generally buy more. Hope you sell out! Debbie
