Sunday Dinners

Sunday Dinner is always a get together for us. My Mother-in-law makes a mean Sunday dinner and if you miss out your are TOTALLY missing out. She needs to have her own restaurant. Now there are a bunch of us waiting for this food, so dont get shocked at the MIXED carbs and starches and meats. HAHA!! We had pork chops MY TOTALLY FAVORITE FAVORITE. I dont even LIKE pork chops but hers....OH my HEAVEN and she makes them for me just how I like them ON THE BONE for lots of lip smacking fun. We had chicken and meatballs and pasta. Black Beans with white rice and avacado and salad and sweet plantains. We also got a homemade Dominican Cake for dessert. Sorry no picture...it was tasty tho. VERY tasty. Oh my are you coming with me next week? I wonder what she is planning?
