Sunday thifting: Vintage bed sheets

anniescupboards 3 6:03 PM

So after I was researching vintage sheets this morning I decided to shower and run out the door to see locally what i could find for vintage sheets. I forgot most of the thrifty stores I go to are closed on Sundays. Some were open.
2 twin size fitted sheets.
full size sheet. (I forgot if its fitted or flat and too lazy to go look)

2 pillowcases
2 pillowcases
full size handmade duvet cover
twin size fitted sheet
King size fitted sheet
flat and fitted set
twin fitted sheet
full size flat
1 really faded pillowcase.

I was able to hit 2 stores and find a nice assortment of sheets to repurpose. Last year I was looking all over the place for vintage linens. I was trying to find table clothes, runners and place mats and such. Really hard to come by in my area. So this year when I started researching and looking for linens I decided to add vintage sheets to the list. The vintage sheet scavenger hunt was very successful. Those seem to be really an abundent in my area for so cheap. I am going to sneak off tomorrow to the one that was closed today. I just have to see the pillowcase isle.

Looks like you scored gurl! Love the sheets in the 2nd pic!

Great sheets! I've been looking for vintage tablecloths too but are hard to find. I like the sheet fabric too. What a great idea!
